CONSTRUCTION OF NEW FACTORY FOR HEPWORTH PME (PHASE 2)

Mobilization & Demobilization. Removal of unsuitable materials and preparation of ground to receive imported filling materials. Backfilling of imported materials to level up to finish ground level and to receive sub-base course, foundation and underground structure. Construction of concrete foundation for steel building structure (workshop, raw material storage and pipe storage), concrete structure for office, substation building and fire water tank & pump room, raft foundation for chiller & chiller tank base, asphalt roads, precast pavers and kerbs. Supply & installation of Pre-engineered steel structure (workshop, raw materials & pipe storage shed), doors & windows, finishing items, GRP tanks, mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Irrigation, sewer and firefighting system), electrical works (equipment, cables, lighting, small power & fire alarm system)
